I purchased my 2013 Tacoma years ago from High River Toyota and continue to use them for maintenance. The service department employees are top notch, cordial and knowledgable. Most recently, my Tacoma was picked up from my home and I was left with a courtesy car while it was being serviced. My truck was returned the following evening. High River Toyota values both their customers and business and definitely practices the art of gratitude.

We were traveling from the US with an RV towing a Ford Escape in late August. The Escape has a Remco transmission pump installed to keep the transmission cool. The pump was malfunctioning. We called the Remco Company and our local service garage. None of their suggestions worked. We finally stopped to see Mike at High River, replaced the old fluid with synthetic and it solved the problem. This guy is good, fast, inexpensive. He saved our day. Have been on the road for 2 months with no trouble.

I took my car in after purchase as it seemed the wheel balance was off. When I picked it up they were quick and honest about a small scratch they put in the rim while balancing. Very happy they were up front about it

Several months ago I had to get a mirror replaced on my old Toyota. They took me right in, got me to my work, and had the mirror installed by end of day. Great job. I had to get some scratches and dents removed on my brand new Mazda last month. They did an excellent job. I had another little incident in the same spot and they fixed it for free! I am so impressed with them. Lisa is the best! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help!
