Even though I do a lot of book shopping online these days I still love going to Chapters and browsing the aisles and aisles and aisles of books. This store is great by virtue of its location and the knowledgeable staff who can guide you to almost any title in the store. It is also a great place to while away an afternoon flipping through books you may buy since the staff pretty much leaves you to your own devices if this is what you are choosing to do. They also have a great little gift section for unique and interesting gift items. They used to have a pretty good music section but this is being renovated right now...possibly because they are no longer going to carry music. Head into Chapters at Broadway and Granville and lose yourself in the books!

I have been to other telescope stores that lack attention, service, and give a bad feeling as if they are more bothered.
I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories. I am happy with my purchase and look forward to my new telescope! Shame on the other store who made me feel like I was bothering them. This is a real store with real service and support! This is my favourite restaurant. period. I don't get the chance to travel to Vancouver much but we've debated flying in just for dinner at Ouisi. There isn't a thing on the menu you should not order. Great portion sizes, great flavours - I crave them while back home in Ontario.

We love going into and past this store to check out the great fixtures they have in place. Full of interesting bathtubs, sinks and fixtures this is the best place to plan your bathroom reno. The only thing is that they can be pricey but for the unique and high quality stuff they carry I figure that is the price you pay. My wife and I have already decided what we want but we're going to need a bigger bathroom! Ripples is a great place to start when looking for ideas for your kitchen and bathroom.

Great dental place. The staff is very competent and nice, the service is top-level, and the place is pretty, modern, and clean, Dr.Alex was very helpful and professional. And they answer all your questions. And if you have an insurance coverage, do not hesitate to ask them. To sum it up: Accord Dental in Kitsilano is a great place to take care of your teeth!
