Seriously the best experience at a salon. I had extensions put in from someone else and they went horribly wrong but Kim saved my hair and installed beautiful extensions to boot! Super friendly and knowledgable staff. And even great conversationalist (thank god) because I was there for 6 hours while Kim, and another staff member fixed my hair. The rental department service was fast, efficient and had everything I needed. Their brand new facility is absolutely beautiful and they have tons of inventory. I had no idea they had over 1600 pieces onsite with custom manufacturing options and parts and service for public use.
