A week ago I had a service done by Pro Ace Heating& Cooling LTD
in the past 20 years never have I experience such wonderful service
from a heating company. The Technician who came to my house
was proffesional funny and kind. He took his time to service the
furnace and he also gave me options and answered all of my
questions, I was very impressed with his knowledge and
competence. I would reccomend this Heating company to all of
friends and Family

Karan G. did an exceptional job replacing our three toilets today. He was very pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. He draped our carpets and flooring and wore his little over-booties in our condo and cleaned up well. Ill definitely call Milani Plumbing again.

This is a good company. They delivered prompt service, professional workmanship and positive attitude.
We had no heat for 2 days, 22nd and 23rd of December this year. I called a different company but they did not come as they said. I had BC Care Heating phone number from my neighbor with a nod. They came, brought back the heat, fixed the venting - main cause of our problem and gave my daughter a hi-five. Our family appreciated their service. They are our Christmas saver. Thank you very much

Was super professional from start to finish, everyone was so attentive to my needs and walked me through the entire process as if it was no biggie. Thank you so much to the entire team. They are awesome and always send our knowledgeable technicians! We have used them over the years for heating / water tank issues and they are fantastic. Always get right to the problem and conscious of not wasting my money! Both owners are super nice and even have had afterhours help from them. Would strongly recommend them to anyone
