First customer service was excellent booked a time and day that worked for me. When the technician arrived he was very knowledgeable , respectful and kind. I had to wait for my part but that is understandable as I am sure all parts are not kept on hand.

Upper James speedy glass takes care of all my needs . Windshield replacement, aquapel on my windshield, weather tech mats for my car & soon tinting on my rear window . The whole team were polite, offered me coffee or a ride home . Highly recommended.

Exceptionally honest and skilled mechanic, best in the area by far. I had the pleasure of having Mark and his team work on our cars several times. Each time he found the best solution, resolved the issue for good, was very honest about what must be done and what is optional and priced the repairs very fairly. 10/10 recommend! The receptionist/dispatcher who took my call was polite and answered all my questions. She was able to get a tow truck within 20 minutes of calling.
The driver was friendly, happy, and knowledgeable. He does his job well and helped get me out of a stressful situation. If I ever need a tow truck again (I hope I won’t), I will 100% call Ken’s Towing!
