We had excellent service from Bruce. He was very professional. He did not rush us or try to push us into something we did not want. He took his time to answer all our questions to our satisfaction. Great location staff makes me smile all the time super nice people. Love the 24hour access and security. Highly recommend but they are full most of the time. So plan ahead they have 2 stores in Burlington but this is the one i wanted even if i had to wait ,other location had lots of units available
