Our family of 7 - hubby and 5 girls decided to stay at the Hospitality Inn on our visit to Port Alberni. The front desk staff was extremely accommodating - we wanted 2 rooms close to each other and of course near the pool and hot tub area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The fridge and microwave came in handy with the baby. They were nice enough to provide us with a playpen for the night. The kids swam until 10Pm in the pool with dad while my oldest daughter and I had a bite to eat in the restaurant. If we ever decide to visit again we will stay at the Hospitality inn.

Very nice accommodation. We were in town over a 3 day August holiday weekend, w/o previous reservations, and they managed to fit us in to a room someone else had cancelled. 2 queen beds (we only needed 1) one in a separate bedroom and one in the living space. Affordable rate, friendly staff. Will definitely stay again when we are in that part of BC.

What a beautiful get away. If you come to Vancouver Island to experience the West Coast and not some stuffy hotel room this is the place to be. It has waterfront river access and friendly West Coast welcome with gift baskets and personable service. The rooms were lovely. You can use the BBQ and the wharf. You can cook inside or outside and save on food costs. Great for families or friends or just to meet people in the outdoor areas if you want. I would love to come back with friends again.

The food, service, ambiance are all great. Easy to get to, good parking, walk inside and you are greeted by cheerful staff, seated, licensed restaurant, you can order wonderful authentic dishes from the menu or have a taste of marvelous buffet, all at a reasonable price.

You can generally get a good meal at the T&C coffee shop. We have gone there for years, so this review covers many different meals and many different visits. We always go back there; and sometimes they have an oustantding Sunday Brunch in their dining room.

Service was decent. Was surprised at the cleanliness even though it is an old hotel. Good maintenance. Good location .
