Maggie made a stressful experience seamless, for our family. The Best Company i have ever dealt with in my life. Super fast response time; especially when there are any problems with your order which they handle willingly and happily. Really great Customer Service people, they dont try and rip you off or not help you like most companies in canada and the world do to you. I have also had no problems with e-transfer seeing as its a BANK feature

Pop-A-Lock replaced my mailbox key 2 years ago. I called today as the key has been getting stuck for quite sometime now, explained what was happening and he quoted me then said he would be at my place today. I thought the key was getting jammed and I needed a new key/lock. When the rep arrived, he put WD40 in the key slot, tightened the screw a bit and then everything worked fine. I feel a tad ripped off, that they could have suggested I try WD40 before paying a service call of $75. Not happy.
