I took my wife there on our anniversary, in advance i had let them know about the occasion and to start they offered us complimentary champaine and a free desert. The food was great, i had a steak that was cooked perfectly and my wife had the scallops and shrimp. The wine was amazing and the service even better. We will go back again

Perfect Home management and staff are very knowledgeable and attentive. We have purchased several pieces for our home and we’re wxtremely pleased with the quality! I had a house I wanted. The selling realtor was difficult and disrespectful. I almost felt bad asking Louise to deal with this person. She was really good to me and I wish I could post the name of the bad realtor but it is best to focus on the positive. Louise helped me when I was not able to effectively represent myself in a difficult deal. I offered to pay her extra but she did not accept. She is a nice person as well.

It went very smoothly and their carpet installer, BEN, was extremely professional, showed up when he said he would, was friendly and personable, and very easy to work with. He did an amazing job; the carpet and underlay came in at budget; we will be asking for BEN in the future as he did a fabulous job and even hauled away our old carpet and underlay! Sears has awesome sales, and the best thing is, they are always on! I love Sears and their selection of jackets, sweaters and basic tees. My only concern with Sears is the lack of staff and open cashier tills. Its always a pain to wait in line for 20 mins to buy one towel.

We went to Catch for our anniversary and sat in the Oyster Bar because we wanted a more casual and lively atmosphere. And lively it was! By 7:30pm the places was lively with patrons. Being in an Oyster Bar, we ordered some oysters and they were ok--a little briney but the vodka martinis made it easier to eat. We also shared some mussels that were amazing.The ling cod fish and chips and snapper special was delicious and fresh! Great for our anniversary dinner and any night out with friends!

Mashallah! Excellent... Great experience... Baitun Nur Mosque (Arabic for “House of Light”) – The largest mosque in Canada located besides the Wind Prairie Park Calgary. Hadhrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, the fifth Khalifa laid the foundation stone of Baitun Nur Mosque on 18th June, 2005. Mr. Dave Bronconnier, Mayor of Calgary at the time, on the occasion of laying the foundation stone of this mosque, has said “Canadian values are flourishing in the city of Calgary”. Baitun Nur Mosque construction was completed in 2008 for an estimated cost of C$ 15 million with roughly C$ 8 million of that coming from local Ahmadiyya Muslims of Calgary and great sacrifices were made by them.
Hadhrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, the supreme head of worldwide Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, officially inaugurated the Baitun Nur Mosque on July 5, 2008. On the grand opening of the mosque with over 5000 people, the Prime Minister of Canada Mr. Stephen Harper, said “Ahmadis are renowned for their devotion to peace, universal brotherhood and submission to the will of God - the core principles of true Islam. They are also renowned for working together to serve the greater good through social, health and education initiatives, as well as mosque projects like this one. And wherever they live in the world, Ahmadis are renowned for participating in the larger community and peacefully co-existing with people of all faiths, languages and cultures”. Therefore, the community strongly rejects violence and terrorism in any form and for any reason. Ahmadiyya Muslim Community has been holding many Interfaith Symposia and Conferences at Baitun Nur Mosque, Calgary. The Community firmly believes and always promotes its famous slogan; “Love for All, Hatred for None”.
