I called Bison for help on the Sunday evening before thanksgiving. They had an actual technician answer the phone (not an answering service) and was willing to talk the situation through in case he didn't need to come out. I have a boiler, and lots of service people don't do boilers, but he didn't hesitate to assist me, patiently going through the options with me, in a way that I could understand.

Surgeon Dr.Thomas Turgeon is amazing! Kind, caring, he will push you, but that is what makes him a amazing surgeon. Two total knee replacements done by Dr.Turgeon! They fixed my spine,herniated discs and nerve damage. When I arrived the receptionist applied heat to my back after consulting the physiotherapist. They communicate with each other very well and their main focus and concern is the well being of the patient (me). The way she asset the damage I did to myself was amazing by getting me to do very basic stretches or things as simple as lifting your leg, the therapist was very thoughtful and caring, actually all the staff at Darcybain are Amazing.

Fantastic customer service, friendly and eager to help. My car came back way shinier then when we bought it brand new. Dion was able to get all the dents out and made it so you cant even tell there ever was one in the first place! I would 100% recommend his services, hands down a 5☆ in my opinion.
