I was stranded with a broken transfer case travelling with my two dogs from Saskatchewan to Ottawa. The guys at c & c bent over backwards to get me rolling again. I cannot believe how wonderful I was treated, the quality of service I received and how hard they worked to help me out!! I highly recommend this shop!!!! Best customer service if had in town in quite a while . Hats off to Rob and Chris for the service I received with a difficult problem . There still working on a solution but have handled the situation with class . Highly recommend their service department to anyone .

When on the main page it says “contact us” but when I put in a branch it only gives a 1-800 type #. My question is to find out if a certain location different funds, whether it be American or pesos or whatever. I never did get a chat going so I must have hit the wrong button after I filled out the form. Finally I just looked up number and phoned branch directly. There are far too many branches that are losing the personal feel that some of us like. I hate talking to chat computers!

S & H Docks have installed and maintained our 30 foot dock for more than a decade. Their work is excellent, prompt and efficient. This winter, our dock connection to the stream bank on Rice Creek shifted. In an hour or less less they had rectified the situation and - without being asked - had installed the decking for the new season. Good Job!!

He went far above and beyond in meeting our expectations and we are very happy with our new renovation. He removed our old fence and deck and cleaned up our yard when finished.
