They don't speak much English but Nancy in the office is great and can be an interpreter if you need one. Highly recommend them.

Excellent service! I had my pump stop working on a Friday afternoon. This was the ONLY place that called back that day. I received one other call from another business. This was the ONLY one that asked whether we were OK or without water for the weekend. When they came on Monday, they repaired the problem.

I dropped in and Theo was able to pop the fiber glass panel back into place and installed a new bolt. He even used rubbing compound to remove the scratches. in half an hour was all fixed up good as new.

I was diagnosed with temporomandibular disorders earlier this year, which developed unbearable pains to me, feeling like a bullet shot into my head. I went to hospital but it seems no such an efficient way to treat this kind of disease. Before seeing Dr. Ding, I had been taking medicine and painkillers for 3 months, so that I could eat without pain. But the disorders were still there, or even progressively worsen. In hopes of solving the problem permanently, I decided to see an acupuncturist. I have to say Dr. Ding was like a miracle to me! Her acupuncture therapies completely cure my disease. Now I am totally back to normal, and I am so grateful to her.

The owner first aim is always to please his customers. He is MOST accommodating. If you don't see a product you're looking for in his store, talk to him about it. As was in my case, he'll happily order it for you. He even gave me two items of the product when it came in as a complimentary for steering him to the product.
