Bought a gazebo last fall. Had to wait to get curtains. They still have the gazebo with a sign "curtains not available". Spoke to Sue in seasonal and she went the extra mile to make sure I left a happy customer. Sue called this morning, my curtains had arrive. Picked them up and installed this afternoon. I've had an excellent experience with EK Energy Kingston. Mike G was on time for his visits to my house, and knowledgable when discussing my proposed window project. When asked about follow up service, he offered references. Debbie, the administrator, was patient and accommodating of my special requests.
