I called them to inspect my system and i found out that my furnace needed repair and it was better for me to change it. it was 30 years old and my gas bills were very high, Paul came by gave me a free estimate (the day after a called) , so i went with a new furnace,new air conditioning and new tankless water heater. i got almost $2000 back from the government in rebates for high efficiency products. I have a tankless water heater installed by this business. They provide excellent services. When the sales person arrived at our house to do an assessment and cost estimate, he identified all the issues with our existing heater that was installed by a previous contractor. The gas pipes issues were corrected by Star Alliance installers. We are very happy with their workmanship. I would recommend this HVAC system installers to others. Lire plus
