Absolutely Above and Beyond. I have tremendous gratitude to this company and team. All in all, they are professional and efficient. Dustin went above and beyond and got the results the same day for me. The estimate for work to be completed was very fair for the work this company does (where they clearly prioritize safety and customer service), and all deadlines were met with no surprises about timeline or the final price. Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. I know where we'll buy our next furnace.
