Excellent and very fair. I called several other -Rooter- companies and received questionable practices. one of them quoted me 3 times what I paid to Royal Rooter. I am sure they just expected me to pay it since they were already there. The other one wanted my credit card up front. Royal charged me 1 hour minimum and then by the hour after that. Drew was courteous and knowledgable and fixed it in the first hour. Royal should always be at the top of your list of companies to call. Thanks.

The salesperson Toufik was over the top helpful. My elderly mother had a new phone she needed to get a sim card for and he went out of his way to listen, was patient and addressed her directly which she appreciated, and even though nobody was sure of the server he tried his best to fix he problem, and came up with the best solution. They were busy and helpful to all the customers.

We are repeat customers. Outlooks owner does such beautiful work that you are going to want to just keep coming back until every room feels like it belongs in a magazine. Custom items we have had made are drapery, valances, bedding, cushions, upholstered storage bench made and re-styled dining room chairs and drapery from our previous home. Trust worthy shop. Fair pricing. They would check what's wrong and fix only the necessary. They won't even charge you for little things. One time I brought my car in because the engine light turned on. Nhat had it turned off with and when I asked for bill he said it is free. I have them fixed/replaced may rotors and calipers and paid less than what I would have paid elsewhere. Give them a try...

Just in time for the holidays. We would give Harry more than 5 stars if possible. We are thrilled with how clean and fresh the carpets turned out both in our office, as well as our home. We also had the upholstery cleaned - it all looks as new! He was professional, punctual and did the work with personality plus. We have a rental home as well so once the tenants are out, we will definitely call on Harry to do a top to bottom of the place. Best rates in town, thanks so much Harry!

Can Tire on Cedar Hill Rd has come through for me on two consecutive Xmas repairs. When many places closed and they were swamped they still managed to fit me in without appointment after snow left my splash guard dragging under the car. The guys did a permanent repair quickly while I had coffee. Kudos and thanks to front staff and techs for customer service above and beyond.

Craig is awesome. He’s one of those old time tradesman…have lots of parts in hand and takes pride in their work while charging a fair price. He’s worked on all my gas appliances in the last 15 years (as well as all my neighbours). Great guy. Great service. He’s a whiz at all things fireplace. I’ve seen him refurb and repair fireplaces that other gas contractors said had to be replaced since no repair was possible.
