My A/C stopped working during a heatwave and Ezra made time in his schedule to come by and fix the unit. I have used First Klass a couple more times for odd jobs and everyone I've dealt with was amazing. When looking at air filters, they took time to explain differences in each option and didn't try to upsell me. I wish all trades were as easy to deal with as First Klass. Highly recommend!!!

I was not receiving emails and was unable to contact google to help me with this, and a nerdsonsite rep answered the phone right away and was able to guide me through solving this big problem for me. Needed a new master key system set-up for our warehouse. Needed done in a hurry. Phoned around and to a few places and was told they would be out next week.
