I am so impressed with the staff at Apel Auto! The first time I called, they had me come in right away and quickly repaired an item. Since then, they are where I go when I have a problem with my car, as well as for car maintenance. The staff is friendly and professional.
Most importantly, I can trust what their technicians say about my car. They remember my make and model when I call to make an appointment, and are accomodating. Plus, you get orchids when your car is finished servicing!

we searched every corner of greater vancouver, tried ten personal or dealer cars, described were even better, but get disappointed at all. Thanks god we found a 2004 Mazda3 in here and I roadtested the car,,,, wow, a new car is just so so! The deal was very easy to make! Afer drive home we just glad could not sleep whole night long. I have used this shop times over the years and have always been very happy with the service and care I received. I believe they are honest with appraisals and work, and fair with prices. I once owned a FORD that had electrical issues, Ford dealership did not know how to fix their own vehicle. I brought it to Southside and they repaired it for me, no problems. I am very thankful I found them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Excellent and honest service. I was rolling the dice taking my car to a service outfit I never used before, but I had two separate problems (both my heating system and AC system) fixed by them with no expensive surprises. Josh was very good to deal with. Only quibble is the courtesy cars leave something to be desired.

I could not find the business card of the tow truck company that we have used in the past so just went on the yellow pages to locate one. I ended up finding this one as it was the closest to the garage where my car was that needed to come home. The person I spoke to took all my information, gave me a time frame that I could expect the car to get to me and a price. The driver did come on time, gave me the bill for the right amount and was very courteous. He even took my bad tire and put it on my patio for me. I would definitely would use them again and I have now stored their info in my phone book
