I was in a car accident Feb. 12th and had to rent a car while mine was fixed. Kelly and Anthony went above and beyond to make sure that I had a safe vehicle to drive. When the engine light came on the first rental, they quickly got me into another vehicle. They sent the rental with the engine light to the shop for a quick turn around so I could get that vehicle back. When the car was not available, they got me into the same car just a different colour. Our trailer breaks module failed while we were on vacation from the US. We left the travel trailer and drove about 30 miles to L & M Ford Dealership and Service. Lisa and Steve were great! They focused on us. After Steve figured out the problem, Lisa ordered the part. The next morning Steve put it in! Thank you for the special attention and quickly getting us back on the road.
