I especially enjoy Jason's class, which has given me a new sense of freedom in breathing and movement in every aspect of my life, and has given me an extra dose of in-depth knowledge on how our minds and bodies work.
It's great how they are open minded about the various traditions of yoga and offer Hot Yoga, Hatha, Ashtanga, Restorative, Iyengar and Kripalu. This was great when I first started yoga and didn't know what style of yoga I would like.
