I reached out to ABC rentals to get pricing on renting china, cutlery and incidentals for my daughters baby shower I spoke with Carrie who was very helpful. I called other stores to compare prices and without a doubt ABC was the most reasonable. I was also so impressed with Carrie’s customer service that I went with ABC. Love the atmosphere of the studio. It is a small studio that has a wide range of classes from vigorous to more meditative. I would recommend to a friend!

Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free.
