Excellent knowledge and customer service. Just can’t say enough good about my Weber Summit purchase experience and the immediate response to hidden damage when the carton was opened at home. The damaged machine was replaced with a fully assembled and tested unit at my home within a few hours. While the damaged Sumimit was disappointing the real measure was how quickly the problem was solved and without question. I am very impressed. Thank you Natalia, Jamie, Brandon, John

I had a flood which required some restoration services. Two men from North West came to disconnect and then restore all my electronic entertainment systems. They were very competent and helpful. They did a great job and I would recommend this company.

I went to fitness town burnaby and had many questions about some of the equipment. Lou and his staff were extremely helpful to answer my questions and didn’t make me feel like I was taking up too much time. I would defiantly go back there and recommend it to my friends and others.

Many large corporations and organizations in this city act as if they don't need business from every day people. I am so pleased that this was not the case here. There was no wait and the service was awesome. !
