Super helpful staff! I came in with an low oil alarm and they verified the oil I required, checked the level and then added it for me. They were kind and polite, did not talk down to me, and solved the problem. Overall fantastic service. Highly recommended.

Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. NEVER have I been treated like I was actually a customer. THE BEST!

phone my regular mechanic who i have spent a lot of money with, i had a low tire, he could fit me in that day and i had to go to work the next day so i asked about the next morning and he said when next week. i am a senior, i expected more from him. anyways i went true Automotive. i also need a smoke test and my mechanic wanted to charge me 120.00 but True auto only charges 60.00, so i will be going there from now on.

Got an alignment done on my 86 c10 which is pretty primitive and out of date compared to the steering systems on today’s cars. I often have a hard time finding mechanics that will even touch my truck because of the age and complete lack of computers. But they were still able to order all the parts and do a great alignment. Thanks again guys!

I went in on a whim looking for winter tires. Anne at the front (and Brian) spent a lot of time explaining the options available for some rims I had at home as well as the ones on the car. in order to try and save me some fees. They were happy to help, even though I made it known I just wanted a quote. Definitely worth going back for actual maintenance, excellent customer service.
