I went to Coquitlam Optometry last week for an eye exam. This was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Dr Mithani checked the health of my eyes in addition to giving me a prescription for glasses. They also took a picture of my retina. The doctor took the time to answer all my questions and explain my eye condition, he was very easy to talk to. The staff there were awesome. Very helpful in helping me choose the the right eyeglasses and decide on the best lens for my prescription. I was extremely happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend this office for your next eye exam

Ten years ago we needed body work and painting. We were extremely satisfied with the work then. Last week we had someone hit the back end of the same vehicle. They tested both of the old cartridges, and one of them was still full!. Then they asked me how long the used cartridge had lasted, and convinced me that I didn't need to buy a spare one at all. So they convinced me to walk out without paying a cent! Unbelievable customer service! So great!

Dr. Bob has helped me with injuries to my lower back and shoulder in the middle of two different tennis tournaments. He takes his time to diagnose the problem and offers targeted treatments that really help the healing process. Dr. Bob also gave me great advice on rest and icing with the remaining matches of each tournament in mind. Very goal oriented. As a non-techie type (and a senior to boot!) I really appreciate a company like Techs On Time. I called on a weekend and had my guy on my doorstep Monday morning. He was so patient and took his time explaining everything so I could understand. Turns out I'm not as dumb as I thought!
This mobile technician is a very good idea for a service for seniors in today's world. I read the other ratings and I agree that Techs On Time should get six stars. There is no way I was going to try to disconnect all those wires and carry my computer to a store. Techs On Time you've got my business!

I narrowed down the choice to one game. Placed an online order and paid $15 for shipping. Very reasonable. Got a call from the owner on the day I placed the order. The owner lived near me and would drop off the game. No charge for delivery. AMAZING. I recommend this store to anyone and everyone.

We have a 5-1/2 year old home and for the last 2-1/2 years we’ve had one small piece of siding under a 2nd storey window that keeps blowing off. I found out last Christmas that the people who put up and take down our Christmas lights were setting the piece back in place. Then it would come down again the next time the wind blew.
I contacted Jordy at Chartwell, and within a couple of weeks, the piece was permanently back in place, and at “no charge”.

I have been a customer for about 5 years , always happy with the prices, service and integrity of the staff . Today I had front struts in stalled on my Ford Edge, came in under time and budget. When I Drove it noticed the steering wheel was very slightly of centre, I called, they said bring it back, and even though they had to hook up the alignment equipment, they did it willingly and the problem was fixed in under there minutes

This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

I really like this location. But there needs to be more movies. Not just the latest releases. But like the older stuff. And I’m not talking about bargain bin DVDs. Like. 2017-2018 stuff. Would be nice. They shifted focus to just new releases. And the super old stuff from like 1995-2006 etc. So. It’s so hard to find good movies you haven’t watched because they don’t stock them in stores. Mostly now focus on appliances and home systems. Which is sad as there isn’t a whole lot of places to get DVDs
