I was contacted very professionally and got an appointment with Eddy, he gave the warmest and most professional welcome ever. We sat down and he offered us a drink before anything then started explaining the whole process to us. That’s when I told him I have very bad and poor credit but he did not put me down nor make me feel bad. Very professionally he said , don’t worry I’m here to do my best. And that he did. This is my first time at Felix Automotive Co. Felix car repair shop on #6 Hwy was recommended by 2 ladies, widowed, and are very pleased with the work they have done along with the extended hours they have.
Shaun the owner/manager was very accommodating and explained the repairs before it was done and after. This job would have cost me twice as much at the dealer. I will be a 'forever' customer from now on.

FAST FAST FAST service! Sean and Rocco were great. They replaced all the brakes, both hood struts, both sway bars, a leaking oil sensor and did a complete oil service with a moly slip additive, in just a few hours and they offer a car rental on the spot if requested.
My BMW dealer would have taken two days and charged triple, but then they do wash your car and sometimes give you a pen.
Thanks RMP - I'll definitely come back.

This shop was amazing to deal with after I had a car accident this winter. They repaired the bumper and front end of my Mercedes and it looks even better than when I bought it. The repairs were done within two days and they even washed and detailed my car - it feels like brand new again! The team communication was great - Tony, Dave, and the lovely receptionist all were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process incredibly easy. Can't recommend the shop enough!

Once again experience & professional staff yield real dividends. We had our winter tires installed yesterday and prior to doing so we enquired about the life expectancy of winter tires since we have been using the same winter tires for 5 years .Based on the miles driven and the manner in which the tires are stored during the summer (Xtreme Tire)we were assured that all was in order.
