Guys, let me just get straight to the point.
Great people can transform any experience.
In the past I had a ton of negative experiences with banks, and when I was embarassed, sad, and down-and-out the gang at Bank Of Montreal Bay + College were like angels to me.
They believed in me, they got me back on my feet even when it looked like all the "rules" were against me. Essie, welcomed me in and put me in touch with my rep, John.
John heard my story, listened really well, and I felt understood, and when he went to Jessica (the oh-so-fantastic manager) to get approval for me, he really went to bat for me.
Since then I've had incredible help when I lost my card (twice!) and when some scammer-ATM tried to get my PIN, from Grace, Clea, Miles, Lui (sp?) and more.
I'm so thrilled with my experience with this particular branch, that I travelled a 2hr commute, just to keep it as my home branch, when I moved away temporarily.
Do banks get reviews like this often? I don't know, but I know what I feel and my experience, and I felt compelled to share.

Ive been relying on their delivery service each week during COVID. I always loved shopping there in person in the past -- fresh produce fantastic, attractive displays, service, staff (led by mgr Joey) couldnt be more helpful. Theyve proved a Godsend to us seniors self isolating since March, keeping us safe and well nourished. Highly recommended.

Over the past few years my family has relied on Wayne at KWL Automotive for all of our Volvo needs. We went to a late dinner (girls night out). Our server was great super nice. The belly dancers we awesome!!! They pulled us onto the dance floor with them, It was a good entertaining night in the city. Mind you the food was only Good for the price $$$$ 65 dollars just for me and I had no drinks with that:( big time downer. Atmosphere was great though. Big bench like table areas with pillows. Nice! That's about it though can't really remember the food. I know I had the Lamb, it was OK.

I always like this place and especially enjoy their Sunday brunch. I would not label their food as gastronomic, but it is always wholesome and not expensive. They have been around for years. Long may they continue.
