Last night our hot water tank went out! I called Complete around 9:15 Saturday morning and they were at our home 20 minutes later.It doesnt get any better than that.They quickly diagnosed the problem.It was a switch that had been tripped.I wasnt even charged.This was the second time we have used them,and I would highly recommend them!

Great staff, the girls in the sports department know what they're doing. Evelyn, I think that was her name?... had great service and always smiling. she didn't know the answer to one on my questions, so she asked her manager and the lady told me that I could have a deal!!! Definitely would go back again.

From my initial call and contact with Alix, who put this city girls mind at ease when I thought we had an emergency on our hands ..to the first class service shown by Jeremy when he arrived and walked us through everything to the final follow.up the same evening by Alix to make sure all went well and we were happy .
