As long as I've needed insurance, from the time I first needed car insurance, and now home & life insurance, I've been dealing with Utter Morris - specifically Brian. It's been a pleasure dealing with Brian over the years. It's been valuable having the same person to talk to whenever I have any questions as opposed to just getting passed off to whatever customer service rep was available through a bank. Whenever I've had any questions about my policies, Brian's been able to clearly communicate to me what's going on so that I can understand it. The whole staff in general has been great. It's a very friendly, family-like atmosphere there. The saying "small enough to care, big enough to matter" applies here.

They cleaned up after themselves. Bruce was very helpful bringing the carpet samples to the house so we could decide what would go best with the furniture and how it would look. The installers were helpful and friendly too. We carpeted the livingroom, hall, stairs and rec-room so they had to move furniture around too.
