I had the chance to watch Courtenay Appliances and see their new customers leaving the showroom with beaming smiles, and recurring customers becoming life-long friends. I’ve had my accounts there for over 40 years and have never experienced a mistake in my transactions unlike another institution that I will not mention. All banks and credit unions have reduced staffing and employee shuffling since covid 19 raised it’s ugly head. I have never had a hard time getting thru on the phone nor experienced rude staffing. Once or twice longer line ups, but no different than anywhere else. I have been looked after in a professional manner for many years.

I was passing through town and got a puncture in my tire. I was in a rush, dropped in and they were able to fix my tire on the spot, took about 20 minutes. Nice guys and really fast. Happy with the service.

I had intense shoulder pain and could not find long term relief from many physios and massage therapists in Vancouver. Eddy Betinol provided exceptional care and used IMS (intramuscular stimulation) to release the tension in my shoulders which a few days later brought my level of pain down significantly. I am so grateful for his knowledge and caring approach. It came in a time of need and I was so happy that he was able to treat me successfully! I highly recommend his clinic.
