I joined this club 2 years ago. There is no magic bullet, it's hard work and worth it if you stick to it. The mix of classes, cardio and strength training machines keeps it fresh. Re: the 2012 negative review, yes, there was one rather nasty staff member who left about a year ago, and all current staff are super supportive, pleasant and friendly now! Location convenience is an individual preference and for me, it's absolutely perfect.

I have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea about 4 years ago. Dr. Alonso and the sleep techs have been very helpful and I am happy to say that my sleep has greatly improved and it's much easier to wake up in the morning. No more feeling sleepy in the afternoon :-) Initially, CPAP was hard but I got used to the therapy with the help of everyone at the clinic.

In 2010, I was desperate for a good mechanic. I was a student & had no money.
Jorge did an EXTENSIVE amount of work for a 1/3 of the cost, saying,"I feel sorry for you, & I know you'll spread my name to everyone." Jorge has been my mechanic ever since. He’s ALWAYS fair & ALWAYS truthful. If something isn’t necessary, he’s not pushy or aggressive. Safety is his #1 concern. Jorge is the most trustworthy, fair mechanic I’ve ever come across. The lamb and lobster is a delicious match with avocado and salsa. Lighter entree of seafood pot of feu soup in fish broth with melt in your mouth, fresh array of seafood is soooo good. Most satisfied with the homemade trio ice cream - especially the black cherry and cinnamon - not too sweet and not too creamy. Perfect dinner!

As a potential customer I was greeted with enthusiastic sales people that were passionate about riding and not appearing to close a sale. The first person to approach me was Ryan (it was written on his shirt) who educated me on some phenomenal road bikes and then Big Dave who convinced me that I need a Freeride Bike for the summer. They tell me that they have 4,000 bikes on the floor at one time. A great retail experience and I will be back. I can honestly say that this is the only bike shop that I felt I needed to take a photo of.

I've been practicing hot yoga for 5 years now and have never found a place to call my yoga home until I found Breathe. The interior itself is absolutely stunning, the whole pace is immaculately clean, the classes and instructors are all great - lots of variety and every class and teacher is completely different. The studio itself is second to none! The soft candlelight makes it feel like you're engulfed in a cocoon - a really great smelling cocoon (unheard of for hot yoga!!). The front desk staff is always extremely friendly too. The best part though is that they're opening a 2nd location in McKenzie Towne! I can hardly wait. I'm sure it'll be even better. Since moving to Calgary two years ago I've found the level of service at this branch to be exemplary. Of all of the Scotia branches on the West/Southwest of Calgary this is the heavy hitter: smart staff, quick moving lines and a space that is clean and well lit. The tellers have been a cut above, especially when you compare them to the other branches.
I've never encountered the rudeness the prior reviewer mentions. If anything my experiences have been the total opposite.

I have never been without a job in 20yrs and March 2016 the company I was with went into receivership and I was without employment. Bill piled up and the phone never stopped ringing from bill collectors. I phone and talked with a real nice lady named Monica she helped me out tremendously and then I had an appointment with Sandy. Sandy made me feel comfortable and explained the whole situation and I felt at ease with my decision. A couple days later the phone stopped ringing from the collectors
