Knowledgeable, sincere, excellent practice, choice of parts, punctual, excellent pricing, friendly, easy to talk to and deal with, excellent advice, so, just do not line-up to make me wait when I need their service :-) and I need to drive 17 km to get their service and I go there because it is a service worth supporting.

We needed a place that would take care of some scrapes, minor damage and a bit of rust on a 12 year-old minivan. We did not want to spend that much on this, after all it is just an aging minivan. Several places we went to wouldnt even look at it. When we got to Sam he was working on a Porsche and I thought to myself ... here we go again. But he accepted the job, did a great job, and charged a very reasonable price. We were extremely satisfied!

Brought my vehicle in at the behest of my insurer. I thought appraiser was friendly, and as I had issues w/ a previous body shop and seeing as my insurer trusted First Canadian i thought to leave it w/ them. I couldn't have hoped for more. I needed my front fender and hood fixed and they did a fantastic job. It not only looks good as new, but they finished it w/in schedule (amazing, I know)! :)
