I have known Nisal for years now and he has been excellent with me and all my business dealings with his company. I have read some of the negative comments on here about his company and I find it shocking. Nisal is a decent guy and he wants your business and will do what it takes to get it. I have been going to JR Auto Care on and off for over 20 years at times when I have lived in Toronto. I have never found a more honest and thorough mechanic who frankly under charges compared to every other auto shop I have used. I feel so fortunate to know about his services. Angelo is a master of complex machinery -- I see Jaguars, Rolls-Royces in for service. So mainstream cars like my Subaru are a piece of cake for him. More than once he has correctly diagnosed a car problem from my description over the phone. He kept my 2000 Nissan Maxima going strong 322,000 kilometres and years after most of this year's odel were off the road.

I recently started using them (last year) and the only thing you need to know is that they are a repair not a replace shop.
Both Paul and Joe are amazing and I do expect to have long-lasting relationship between my cars and them.
Even if they are very busy (and that's because they do a great job so they are in demand) they have been able to service my 3 cars with absolutely no problem.
Honest and real is what I need and that's what they provide!

These guys went above and beyond for me. My car battery died a few blocks away from their shop and even though its not a service they offer, they drove over to help me anyhow when I explained to them that my auto club couldnt help me for another two hours. I have chronic pain and it would have been made much worse by sitting in my freezing car for hours, so the favour these guys did me was even bigger than they thought. Just lovely, decent human beings.
