I work for a delivery company and Went to the dollarama at 525 9th east to do a pick up today. There was a bit of a misunderstanding with the packaging requirements and the label was missing. The manager from 1 water street was there, not only did she resolve the issue but she also worked with the employees in a kind and understanding manner which in turn ended up being a solid team effort leading to them learning how to do this and me being able to continue on in a timely fashion. We are extremely pleased and proud of our new kitchen. This company and specifically the owner is wonderful to work with. If your looking for good quality work, then these are the workers you want. Good, honest and reliable people. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of their work. The owner told us throughout the renovations, " We are not happy until you are Happy". If you ever had the opportunity to spend time there you would find an owner who does not only concern himself with the business end of the Assisted living home but also takes a hands on approach and you will frequently find him spending quality time with his clients. As for the staff, you will find a group of very hard workers who are passionate about what they do and make everyone calling Marlborough Place home feel like they are family.Thumbs up
