My Furnace starting making a very unusual sound, so I decided to contact Mr. Furnace. They sent a really friendly gentleman named Dylan who arrived promptly and ready to help. He assessed the problem and explained everything in detail that was going on. I found him to very knowledgeable and easy to understand. I used this company on two occasions to service two separate Eurostar irons purchased by family members. Both were extremely happy with the product - they just needed a tune up after years in use. Both “fixes” were done promptly and effectively at minimal cost. The downside was the location out in Springbank but it was very easy to access. Found customer service to be very good.
