I was at EconoLodge Vernon just after the August long weekend and the service that I received from Jen who works at the front was exceptional. She knows Vernon very well and she is always willing to help at any time. She is always very pleasant and engaging, which is surprising given the long hours she has put in. Was super helpful in walking me through some basic testing to isolate the problem. Picked up a universal repair kit and installed it myself, all thanks to their help. Freezer is back up and running

I phoned in for take-out rolls and tempura. Service was friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed the food particularly the superfood and tofumite rolls. Will definitely go there again.

Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump.
Super impressed with every bit of service i received, the price, and the way the staff took time to explain the issues with my car. Thanks!

We eat at White Spot often and find a good variety of Canadian Cuisine that is reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking. This White Spot is close to shopping, medical centres, parks, lake and entertainment. Its a great place to meet friends and family or call ahead to grab a takeout and picnic at the beach just down the road.

Big room so social distancing not an issue. The food was very good and tasty, especially the sweet and sour pork. If you are looking for reasonsablly priced and good quality Chinese Food this a good choice.

We were completely impressed with the service from start to finish. They recommended the perfect system, answered all our questions, met us on short notice, did an excellent job on installation, cleaned everything up (were also careful to lay down tarps and not mess up the floors), and made sure we were not without heat in the process. Not the cheapest option, but well worth it; we are already seeing a reduction on our electrical bills as a result. Would strongly recommend.
