I've dealt with the Erin Street location several times and each time I've found them to be professional, courteous and the vehicle was clean, tank was filled and ready to go each time. I've dealt with the location at the Airport as well, and though they were also very professional. I did prefer the staff at the Erin Street location.

I have been going to J. Max mechanical exclusively for over 25 years. When I purchased a new Civic in 2006, I skipped the dealership's mechanical section and stayed with J. Max. I'm a woman and all the staff are respectful. They don't talk down to me or over my head. You won't find a flashy waiting room, just honest work at a fair price and good employees comfortable in their work environment. And yes, my '06 Civic is still running well.

I've been a patient at this office for over 15 years and just have to say how much I appreciate these dentists. My husband who was not a patient before but is certainly going back after such great care, was in extreme pain. Not only did they accommodate my husband on short notice- both dr Kmet & dr Morris actually worked through their lunch to fit him in. I would absolutely recommend any of the dentists to my friends & family.

I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. Great prices on diesel and premium, usually 1-2 cents cheaper than the rest around. Car was is great, 8 bays and no employees breathing down your neck to get you out. I recommend it

I had a car stereo installed and there was a problem with it (from factory). They installed a second new stereo which had the same problem. Then they upgraded my new stereo no charge. The guys in the car audio department were AMAZING!! THANKS VISIONS!!!!

I rented a Dodge Journey from these guys for 4 days. I went to Value because I have a friend who rents from them about once a year. They remembered him. Got a great deal on a good vehicle, no problems and the ladies there, Joanne and Sherry were very nice and super helpful. They made it so easy. I will be renting from here again.

great place to go if you are in a pinch and need to clean your own car.
they have an under carriage wash as well in a couple of the bays, and let you park a few minutes to make sure your car is dry enough when it's cold out.

grabbed some recommended windshield wipers and the sales guy young man put them on for me too as I said it might be tricky for me. It was a simple but tricky installation that would have taken a bit of effort and doing. Thank you. Also, the visit before a woman (manager I think)recommended perfect light bulbs for my car and needs.......decent price too....everything has been very good.

I went to Canadian tire today to buy a tires and the costumer service was EXCELLENT!! the staff name Robert was friendly,helpful , and helped me with what I need, and I was very please with the service that I get. came outta store happy and it didn't take too much of my time. would like to see that happen more often in the future, keep up the excellent costumer service. and thank you Robert for all your help.
