Best mechanic in the city! Only place we'll take our cars. Replaced our brakes that started to squeak a few days later. This team replaced it, for free, and were quick about it. Best in Scarborough. Said came recommended from my good friend who is qualified as a mechanic, but drove 30 wheel tanker trucks for a decade. I wasn’t unhappy with my regular guys, but I am so happy I switched. I am a stone mason by trade, running a masonry and landscape construction company. Also, my wife is Chinese. Needless to say, there are hard miles on our trucks and trailers, and there are ‘incidents’ with our cars, particularly in winter. I’ll be staying with Flame forever.

Went to a mortgage broker and they were going to charge me a brokerage fee to do a mortgage. Didnt think that I should be paying to refinance my mortgage when the bank was going to pay the mortgage brokerage.
Was referred to Devon Jones and he got the mortgage done very quickly and no charge.
