Cars101 is such a fabulous place. I received great hospitality. As soon as I entered Cars101, I was greeted by Shaylene and Ryan. They both offered me tea, coffee, or water and asked how I was. Normally when you walk into a place to get service done, they ask How may I help you?, BUT Shaylene and Ryan asked how I was doing today on this lovely day. Having conversation is always nice as it makes you feel welcomed. Shaylene and Ryan made me feel so welcomed, I felt as if I knew them for years. A

Honnestly i never had such good service. I would definetly return to purchase my next car there cause i have no word to express how i am being treating when i go there. Techs have excellent knowledge and work very hard for their customers keeping your machine tip top/reliable.
I needed a fan switch on my atv, they noticed couple cv boots had tears in them.. I appreciate that they noticed it. Saved me expensive grief later for sure.
I Happily replaced them,,
Long/short I highly recommend this shop

As first time RVers we were not sure what we could tow behind our 2016 Dodge Caravan. Being young seniors we were so impressed with the R-Pod 190 we bought it on the spot.The sales service was fantastic and had us ready to roll by July 2018.They blinged out our Van with a trailer hitch and power brakes for trailer and electrical hookup.They made sure we understood everything before we left their yard. We went camping every weekend until October. We are so happy to deal with MsPhils..
