Saturday, Easter Weekend, covid19, Flat tire! Ughh. BCAA swapped in the spare, we took the flat to Kal Tire. Left it with Justin, they patched it, new valve. When we went back they swapped out the spare. No charge! Have a good weekend Justin said. This place used to be a Firestone location. Had a leaky tire this morning. My first call was to Kal Tire, and they told me to drop off the vehicle for the day and come back in the late afternoon. This wasnt an option for me. Then called OK Tire and had a most pleasant fellow tell me to come on down and theyll get it fixed up right away. They sure did! 10 mins in and out and super friendly, helpful service. They saved the day!! Mostly the day before a long weekend. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Lire plus

A Ford service dealer had flagged the need to replace the brake pads of my Ford F 350 tow truck. I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare.
