I must admit I was a bit skeptical when I pulled into the driveway of this establishment given the past reputation of this garage. What a surprise when I first walked in, the waiting room is large and spacious with comfortable sofas that make you feel at home. You are greeted with a smile and the service is impeccable they actually take the time to show you and explain what the problem is. I also liked the fact that I was asked how long I planned on keeping my vehicle, which initially I found odd.. but as I was later explained there are varying qualities of parts at different prices and warranties. I've owned a vehicle for several years now and never has anyone taken the time to explain this to me. Needless to say, they have themselves a new loyal customer and I will be recommending all my friends to go there. Lire plus

I had recently gone to my dealership and they had told me numerous things were wrong with my brakes and quoted me a large price to fix the problem. Something didn't feel right. I then went to Merson to put on my winter tires and to inspect my brakes. Merson did the same inspection and pointed out that my front brakes did need changing but then proved to me how my back brakes were never checked by the dealership. My back brakes were fine! Since there was very few repairs that were required, the cost was 55% cheaper than what my dealership had quoted me. What I liked most about Merson was their honesty. When they found issues with my vehicle above and beyond what they were to be looking for, they brought me into the garage to show me the situation. They also kept me in the loop the entire time I was waiting, frequently coming out to see me and updating me on the status of what they were doing and asking me how I wanted to proceed. It became obvious as I waited that this was not unique treatment to a new customer. It was their standard. Merson employees frequently came from the garage into the waiting room seeking out customers and asking questions about their vehicle, making suggestions, updating them and in some cases like mine, showing the customer unique issues that needed attention. Merson treats everyone with the same respect. You never have that feeling that they are trying to trick you and the entire time you wait, you come to realize that these people respect your vehicle, treating it like your property and not their toy to make money. We just had our kitchen and hallway retiled. We have an older home and the floor itself needed a lot of work : removing old aspenite, adding plywood, solidifying everything. We purchased the tiles at Les Importations D'Amico and had Mike do the installation. The tiles are superb and Mike and John did an amazing job with the installation. Very meticulous, precise, and wouldn't stop until everything was perfect. They even fixed some of my baseboards and helped us reinstall the dishwasher! Lire plus
