Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. Raj is a great guy to deal with. He gave us honest professional advice about what needed cleaning and what didn't and he provided a discount where he could. Our couch has a difficult fabric to clean, but Raj went the extra mile and didn't charge us for it. Raj arrived on time and we felt his prices were very reasonable for the amount of cleaning he provided. I'm definitely contacting Raj again. Lire plus
