At first i was skeptical but I am glad I came here for my collision repair! They were very attentive & extremely helpful! Not only did they help me in processing my claim but also drove me to the nearest police station to submit report. Upon arrival my rental was ready and when picking up my vehicle a week later, it not only smelled and looked brand new from the professional detail cleaning but the damages were fixed with great quality and care! I needed a fiberglass repair on my sidecar. After visiting a few body shops and was told either that they didn't bother with fiberglass or that the job was too small to bother with. I was warmly greeted at Elite Auto Collision, and Mario was helpful, professional and quite reasonable. The job was done to my complete satisfaction, and exceeded expectation. They even washed the bike before handing it over to me.

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.
