I had a very satisfactory experience with Bruce at the floral department on Thursday, Apr 9. I ordered an item from floral and the employee was more than helpful. Not only was I well informed, but the order was delivered almost immediately. I am from outside town and such great service doesnt happen every day. I felt it should not go unnoticed. I had not rented a car in over 20 years. Hisham and Devan made the process smooth and relaxing. I mentioned to Hisham that I was a CAA member, and he made sure I got the CAA Member discount. The full-size Nissan was clean and mechanically sound. The 11-hour return drive from Ontario was comfortable and safe.
