If you pay to much for a car here it's your own fault . Do your research set a price and don't get attached to any car . There are lots to pick from . If you don't know anything about cars bring someone that you can trust to help you . I have bought many cars here over the years and some are better than others but most have run well for the price payed

John Paradise made our experience exceptional. He really cares about the customer and the customers needs. When I bought a new vehicle he noticed Real Insurance had not transferred over my current coverage and instead charged me for another coverage I did not need. We had Don of Hudson Bay Charters haul our boat from storage near Chemainus down to the dock in Ladysmith. It was very tight due to another vehicle parked in the way but he skillfully and patiently maneuvered his truck until he was able to get it safely out of there. We really appreciate his ability and friendly manner. We will hire him again anytime!!

I have received the best service from Mel in the auto shop. My battery went in my car and being a single mom with one car I was in a panic. MEl was able to fit me in right away ( I had to call I tow truck to pick up the car while I was working) . I work in qualicum so I worried about how I was going to get to canadian tire in parksville to pick up my car, Mel and a Co worker drove my car to qualicum to my work. They went far and above in their service. I will be back for all of my car needs. Thank you again.
