I went there looking for a new truck. Good sales guy Rob helped me find the truck I wanted and I got a great deal on it. Rob showed me how to hook my phone up when I picked it up.
Stone chip on the hood when I picked it up but they took care of it, sent it out to get fixed.
The guys in service, Tom and Joe are great and keep me well informed about my service needs for now and coming up.

The food and service was great! There was a great selection of sushi to pick from the iPad menu. I came at dinner which I am told is normally better than lunch and I believe it. Overall great experience will be returning soon.

I have been getting my cars serviced at Waterloo Honda for 30 years now. One of the reasons I keep buying Honda/Acura is these guys - it means so much to have a garage you can trust completely. They also have a good shuttle service.

I've been taking my bikes here for a few years now. Last year (end of 2023), I ordered a new 2024 GoldWing DCT and just recently took delivery. The entire sales and service team was helpful, supportive and professional during the experience. Raj is a great guy to deal with. He gave us honest professional advice about what needed cleaning and what didn't and he provided a discount where he could. Our couch has a difficult fabric to clean, but Raj went the extra mile and didn't charge us for it. Raj arrived on time and we felt his prices were very reasonable for the amount of cleaning he provided. I'm definitely contacting Raj again.
