I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.

Rob at RAM Electrical was, without question, the greatest experience I've had with a trade or contractor. Flipping breakers like a new homeowner dummy, I blew a circuit and wound up losing power to my whole house. Rob took my call and came over immediately, despite it being the end of his work day. I am shocked by the poor reviews posted here. Very unfair ! I get breakfast at this Parksville location every Sunday morning then head to the park to eat. The drive through kids are so courteous, professional and quick. My order is always correct and I have found them to be vey fast. Much better than our other two drive thru restaurants.
