Lovely food, wonderful presentation and went above and beyond, Helen and George did so much more than just cater our daughters wedding, but went out of their way to help out with so many things.... Very experience, very nice people who LOVE what they do. It shows. I will recommend their service to anyone who has an event from small to large. Cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and help.

Great company to deal with, excellent staff from Debbie in the office to Leon at the job site polite, efficient and knowledgeable
They traced my lines and ran a camera through them to make sure they were clean, found one was plugged with stucco carelessly discarded by a tradesmen which they cleared quickly.

Rob at RAM Electrical was, without question, the greatest experience I've had with a trade or contractor. Flipping breakers like a new homeowner dummy, I blew a circuit and wound up losing power to my whole house. Rob took my call and came over immediately, despite it being the end of his work day. My dogs have been going here since puppies! They are always beautifully groomed and happy when I pick them up! All the people who work there are lovely.... friendly, happy and professional!

I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.

I am shocked by the poor reviews posted here. Very unfair ! I get breakfast at this Parksville location every Sunday morning then head to the park to eat. The drive through kids are so courteous, professional and quick. My order is always correct and I have found them to be vey fast. Much better than our other two drive thru restaurants.
