Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! Fantastic European (VW/Audi/BMW/Mercedes) automotive mechanic shop! Very knowledgeable mechanics. They will explain the work thoroughly so you understand your options or what work absolutely has to get done. I wouldn’t go anywhere else nor do I trust anyone else with my car…other mechanic shops in Brampton claimed to have fixed problems on my car prior but neither places ever fixed my issues.
