I have rarely enjoyed purchasing a car as much as I did at Derrick Dodge.
I was in need of a good utility work truck and purchased a Ford F 150 pickup. The price was fair.
I had heard good things about Derrick Dodge from friends and was not disappointed.

Trinity is a smaller business, but i found that to work well in my favour. Getting ahold if Josh was only a phone call or text away, service was above and beyond, rates were fair, was willing to get my truck serviced to accomodate my work hours, all while maintaining a professional, courteous business. Maps will send you in the wrong spot, and the business frontage is a little hard to see at first, so ask for better directions if youre having difficulty. After that its pretty easy.

So my Rig broke down and I had to drop my 53 foot Curtain Side Trailer fully loaded on the side of the road. I called 3 other 24/7 towing company's in Edmonton and they couldn't help me but I think they didn't want to deal with it. I call Auto Rescue and they were more than helpful. They pic up my trailer and brought it to there compound while my Rig was getting fixed for a few days. Everyone there was more than helpful and the price was awesome. Thanks everyone @ Auto Rescue. Highly Recommended

Best mechanic shop I have ever gone to. Marco is the most honest mechanic I have ever seen and not once has he taken advantage of me or anyone in my family. I will only take my vehicle to Marco to fix because he's a GOOD and HONEST mechanic.
I drive a 16 year old gmc and after he fixed the suspension and put new tires on it the thing has been riding like a Cadillac and I enjoy driving it now.
one word to describe the customer service and the quality of the work and that is MAGNIFICENT.

I just wanted to give shout out to the staff at Central Auto and Truck parts. My left hand rear window got smashed this morning. They took my car in right away and I had it back in a few hours. All broken glass was cleaned up and looking perfect. Very reasonably priced too!!

Wow. I have found that the Leduc location is absolutely a pleasure to deal with. I had my sunroof explode on me and the next day they got the roof and replaced it within hours. I then proceeded to have the truck windshield fix and another hour passed and done. Fantastic service. Great price and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Love these guys. I bought a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and wanted a loaded one with big wheels. My salesman, Veer, found a Jeep at another dealership. We went through the specifications together and he told me it had 20 inch wheels. I ordered the car and it arrived 2 days later. When I drove it home, I checked and the wheels were only 18 inches. Veer said that the package could come with either 20 or 18, and that was all he could do.
I AM NOT HAPPY.

July 21, 2020 Had some tires done at another shop. Was told to have tire rim bolts retightened in about 80 kilometers. I did not make 30 kilometers and began hearing a sound on the front tires. Went to Midas on Stony Plain Road and had them look at the problem. All the nuts on front right rim were loose. Tire rims on all rims were retorqued and problem was gone. No charge, cannot thank you enough. Integrity today is everything, I consider this location to be at a high standard. Thank you again
