Water was running down in our backyard. Septic field backed up. I called Brian and he came to see the problem when he said he would. He explained the situation…gave me a quote and when he could start.
He came to do the job when he said he would and stuck with the job until it was finished in a very difficult terrain.
He took pictures of what he was doing at all stages to document the job. Had the equipment to do a professional job. He replaced the top soil and seeded the lawn. Great Job.

I have been dealing with Art Knapp South Surrey for over 15 years. Spent thousands on plants, trees, toys, clothes, hot tub and smoker. The team at Art Knapp are awesome. Always willing to help, product experts on staff and overall good value. You can shop around a try to find things cheaper but the expertise and quality of service here is second to none. Of particular note is the hot tub team lead by Ken Grant. I bought my hot tub there 8 years ago and still enjoy it multiple times a week.

I knew it wasn't an easy process for me, but I do believe that if there wasn't great leadership where needed, it could have been worse. The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.
I am forever thankful to them for extending my little girls life and keeping her as active and healthy as possible right to the end.
